Meriem Delacroix French, b. 1988
"an expressive vector of synesthesia, showing how to hear images, smell colors or touch perfumes".
Meriem was born in 1988 to Parisian parents, she began to use colors even before learning to walk and talk, demonstrating an atavistic need to express herself through painting from an early age. Constantly living outside of her box, her inner cry manages to manifest itself through art.

At the age of 26 she was informed that she was suffering from synesthesia, a physiological condition in which the senses contaminate each other, giving color to perfumes, flavor to landscapes or sound to immobile objects. Until then she was convinced that everyone saw music the same way she did.
From that moment, she dedicated herself totally to abstract painting, an expressive vector of synesthesia, showing how to hear images, smell colors or touch perfumes.
She participates in charity events (such as in 2021 in Venice, donating a painting in favor of Emergency) and important national and international exhibitions, such as the Biennale of Milan, Venice, Paris and many others.
