"Every now and then, I have to measure myself with black and white, unlike other times, I started from a sort of drawing made with a brush wet with gray water, the difficulty was painting high up given the large dimensions. What continues to strike me is the "snout" of the figure that tends to protect, it has something of a saddened choice, a pain for others."
